The 2026 Summer Nature Camp at The Brinton


July 20–23, 2026 (Monday–Thursday)
9:30 AM–2:30 PM
Ages 9–12

Join us for four days of outdoor discovery at the Quarter Circle A Ranch. Campers will engage in hands-on, science-based exploration of the natural world through interactive activities, guided observation, and field experiences.

This is a fully outdoor camp. Activities take place on museum grounds with access to the Helen Brinton Education Pavilion for shade. The Pavilion is not climate-controlled. Students must dress appropriately for changing weather conditions.

$175 per student (includes lunch and materials)
Space is limited to 24 students.

No prior experience necessary.

A parent/guardian phone number is required for emergencies.
A release form will be sent prior to camp and must be completed for participation.

What to Bring

Because camp activities vary, a detailed schedule will be shared prior to camp.

Students should bring:

  • Backpack

  • Water bottle

  • Sunscreen

  • Bug spray

  • Hat

  • Sunglasses

  • Closed-toe shoes (hiking shoes recommended)

  • Water shoes

  • Towel

  • Extra socks

  • Weather-appropriate layers

Campers may spend time exploring near or in the creek, so please plan accordingly.
