The Brinton Museum is honored to welcome Shannon Smith for a special evening lecture. A historian, educator, and award-winning author, Smith specializes in American Indian and Western history. She is the author of Give Me Eighty Men: Women and the Myth of the Fetterman Fight. With more than 30 years of experience in higher education and public humanities, Smith is deeply passionate about history and its power to connect communities. She currently works on cultural heritage projects that aim to raise awareness and build meaningful bridges between diverse groups.
